Biography

Dark Horizon is a LIVE band based out of Guwahati, Assam. Originally from Haflong, the band was formed in 2003 as a school band. Soon, the group started taking things seriously. After some time, the band went inactive for a year as all the members went to pursue their higher education at different locations. After a gap of two years, the band reformed with some slight changes in their lineup in 2005. Since then, the band has never looked back and has performed at numerous rock competitions and soon started playing at various local gigs. Within a short span of time, the band starts gaining popularity among the masses and also considered one of the emerging upcoming bands from North East India. The band defines their music as alternative funk rock music with a blend of reggae, blues, and rock n roll.
