Daniel Fernandes is one of India’s leading English Stand-Up comedians, based out of Mumbai — the entertainment hub of India. He is a regular at comedy venues across the country and has performed at many international comedy festivals such as, Utrecht International Comedy Festival (Netherlands), Singapore Fringe (Singapore), Kuala Lumpur International Comedy Festival (Malaysia) and Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2016 (Australia). He garnered accolades for his solo stand-up comic act “Daniel Fernandes – Unoffended” at Comedy Zone Asia, which was a showcase event at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2016. Daniel is also increasingly reaching international audiences through his TV stints, which include ABCTV’s ‘Comedy Up Late’ (aired in Australia) and Comedy Central Asia’s ‘Stand-Up Asia’. He returns to Australia this year for shows in Melbourne and a month-long tour of Queensland. In India, he has also performed extensively for corporate clients.  Daniel’s material is a mix of quirky, observational, and political humour with a dash of social commentary. His self-titled YouTube channel with over 11 million views, has become a huge hit with fans in India and abroad particularly for his bold material. When he is not entertaining people, Daniel manages a comedy production company called Microphone Entertainment which curates and produces live comedy at clubs and comedy festivals in India.
