Harshit Achrekar, known professionally as D Hood, is a Beatboxer, Rapper & Musician from Mumbai. This Indian beatboxer and former is known for his ability to rap/sing and beatbox at the same time.    D Hood is hailed as the fastest beat-boxer in Mumbai and possibly in the India, this dude is from another planet. He is probably responsible for taking beat-boxing to the mainstream in India and earning it that next level of recognition, he's the cream of the crop.      To prove he’s legit skills, D Hood has produced the song "The Mumbai Cypher" for which he was honored with several awards.   The ‘Mumbai Cypher’  is India’s First Rap Cypher only in regional languages. This includes rap in Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi and Hindi.  D Hood is in India's best Hip Hop crew "Mumbai's Finest" as a lead Beatboxer, Composer and Producer.     He effectively produces whole DJ sets via live production—entire sets where the songs are constructed, live, from his vocalizations.
