Chintoo Singh Wasir is a professional singer based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. A chip off the old block in the Indian film and music industry, Chintoo has accompanied legends like Ghulam Ali, Jagjit Singh and Mehendi Hassan, and has even recorded rabab and guitar for Phil Collins and Shania Twain. Having performed with many others, Wasir is a master at several instruments. He grew up in a musical atmosphere, and because of his father, started developing an interest in it, which soon turned into a passion. He did not look back after that. Wasir sings shabad and Sufi songs with the rabab, which helps and supports him in all ways and guide him in fulfilling his dreams. His favourite instrument is the guitar and is inspired by guitarists like BB King, George Benson, Eric Clapton, Larry Carton, and music groups like Dire Straits, Shadows, and the Beatles.
