Burans is a Live Band that is engaged in playing Sufi Rock music. Inspired by the love and unity that sufi song brings forth, cutting across communities, castes and economic diversities, Burans is a band that has an urge to spread love all across. Enlightening people and making them feel alive in their resident city of New Delhi, the band is solely devoted to Sufi and Rock music. Everyone chooses their own niche and they too decided to take up Sufi as theirs. The devotional vibes of the songs precipitates peace and harmony in the ambience. Burans is comprised of 4 virtuoso musicians who have an avid commonality - love for words and music. Rohan is the vocalist and keyboard player of the band, Shubham plays the bass guitar, Rahul Saxena is the lead guitarist and Rahul Rawat plays the drums. Churning out soothing and beautiful melodies, their music is a delight to hear. The band does live shows at cafes and restaurants. They have also composed covers and unplugged versions of some popular Sufi songs. Burans is open for live shows at campuses, corporate events and private gigs.
