Biography

Bornlivedie is a LIVE band based out of the capital of Tamil Nadu, Chennai. It was formed somewhere in early 2015, where five metalheads came together to create a unique genre of their own music with the fusion of tastes and expertise of each member, flavouring each piece of music, from experimental to progressive-djent. Bornlivedie is a dedication to Steven Wilson and Porcupine Tree's genius and hence the name. Bornlivedie is Porcupine Tree's lesser known track from the album, Signify. All the members are engineers in the making. You will always find them at their jam sessions at the VIT Chennai Music Room. The band aims to make every piece a saturated masterpiece of music, squeezing out every last drop of knowledge they have into each of it. One of their biggest gigs was opening for the band, Aalap Raju, at Riviera 2016. Some of their inspirations are Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, Opeth, Blackfield, Veil of Maya, August Burns Red, Gojira, Northlane, Sigur Ros, Plini, Led Zeppelin, and Bass Communion.
