Boomraa is a Pune-based professional DJ. Identified as an analogue guy in a digital world, you will find a story to every sample, melody or visual that comes undone. Boomraa is a performing artist who tends to break away from the endless pattern of oversaturated music by infusing a hypnotic and potent blend of indie, jazz, glitch electronica, techno and funk into an atmospheric, ethereal and pumping electronic landscape. He also supplements his distinct sound with a thread of visuals, which stimulates a conscious listening experience. His visuals cast distant spells of mood, culture, unexpressed stories and landscapes. He marked his presence in the field of music production when he released his debut EP on old SQL recordings in May 2015. With an experience of over 10 years, Boomraa has established himself as one of the most talented and raw breed of Indian musicians in the electronic scene today.
