My Compelling Story

Boby Techi is a folk/indie/pop singer based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. She is an upcoming indie pop/folk singer-songwriter born in 1990. Boby was formerly the lead vocalist of the band ‘The Vinyl Records’ in the year 2010. In 2012, she made her YouTube channel and began posting covers of several artists such as Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, and Mindy Gledhill to name a few. She won the LG Songstar of the Year 2013 title and toured with the first Korean pop-rock band 'Biuret' on their first visit to Kohima Hornbill Festival in 2013, and in Imphal Indo-Korean Music Festival 2013 in December. Boby began writing songs when she was in high-school; she was now accompanied with the guitar and turned keen on making good music. As she released her first single ‘Only You’, she is now looking forward to growing and learning more in her field.
