My Compelling Story
Blue Blooded is a LIVE band based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. An association of musicians who have all been part of the independent music scene for over a decade, the band was founded by drummer, Vinayak, and guitarist, Denzil. The band is a platform for its members to shed the blues, funk, soul, RnB, and a wide variety of music! Singer, Shalmali Kholgade, brings to the band her unique voice and sensibilities that range from pop to jazz, along with bassist, Sonu, and keyboard player, Shireen. Blue Blooded's unique sound in part draws upon myriad influences ranging from the Amy Winehouse to the Aquarium Rescue Unit and everything in between!
