Bharti Singh is a famous and renowned name in the Bollywood and television industry, which is based in Mumbai. She was born and brought up in Amritsar. Bharti entered the television industry in the year 2008 when she participated in the ‘Great Indian Laughter Challenge.’ In the year 2010, she took part in ‘Comedy Circus’. She was in Comedy Circus, and in a few seasons, she also came up as a runner-up till the year 2013. She received appreciation for her comedy character, ‘Lalli’, and was the second runner-up in the comedy reality show. ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ show gave Bharti a platform and after that, many doors were opened for her. In the year 2012, Bharti got the prize for the reality show, ‘Kahani Comedy Circus Ki’, as the ‘Best Actress In Comedy.’ Bharti is just not a comedian but also a host, as she hosted Indian's Got Talent 2015 and made the hosting more interesting with her punches. She also acted in the comedy show, ‘Comedy Classes.’ She has also hosted the show, ‘Comedy Nights Bachao.’ Bharti also hosted the show ‘Sau Saal Cinema Ke,’ which was telecasted on STAR Plus. Moving on to her cinema journey, she acted in Punjabi movies like, ‘Ek Noor’, ‘Yamle Jatt Yamle’, and ‘Jatt and Juliet 2.’ She also acted in the Bollywood film ‘Khiladi 786’, and a South film, named ‘Rangan Style.’ In several reality shows, Bharti has appeared as a guest. She came as a guest in ‘Bigg Boss 6’, ‘Bigg Boss 7, ‘Master Chef 3’, and Nach Baliye 6.’ This girl from a small city of Punjab has not just made her parents feel proud but the whole Punjab, too. In the year 2013, she got the ‘Best Female Comedian Award’ in the Lions Gold Awards. Bharti also acted in the TV series, ‘Pyaar Mein Twist’, and got an award as the ‘Best New Actor in a comic role,’ for the series.
