My Compelling Story

Based in Kolkata, Beyond Arise is a band of young and vibrant adults who are on a constant tryst to innovate rock music and bring out the best from the allied fields. They have a unique taste of bass, which results in an intense bout of heavy metal during their performances. . The group started off in 2012 with four member - Saikat, Ratul, Sohan and Sumanta. They were later joined by Sovon who is the lead vocalist of the band. Sohan plays the bass guitar and is able to keep it rolling for long. Ratul plays the keyboard and makes melodious music, Sumanta is on the drums and plays all the wild beats without a stop and Saikat plays the guitar.   Beyond Arise plays all the popular genres - Progressive Metal, Djent, Post Rock, Technical Metal and Groove Metal. They draw their inspiration from Coldplay, Linkin Park, Blackfield, Porcupine Tree and Dead Letter Circus. Linkin Park is their most loved band.   They keep playing at popular clubs and pubs in and around the city. Though they are young, they have made a mark on the rock music circle in Kolkata.
