Basanti aur Woah is an electronic folk band from Delhi. The band's motto is to leave behind cultural, religious and racial divides. To transform the community and the individual through happy, soulful music. Basanti aur Woah are highly inspired by famous poets like Faiz Ahmed, Ghalib, Led Zepplin and Iqbal Bano. They aim to make music that speaks to your soul resonating with every generation. They recently opened for Dualist Enquiry at The School of Planning and Architecture. Also, they have been featured in the Hindustan Times and Little Black Book Delhi as Delhi's top 10 musicians to look out for. The band is fresh, it is worth getting on your feet for, and it comprises of Mahima Dayal and Azhar Anwar – Basanti and (aur) Woah, respectively.
