My Compelling Story

Born Aviv Pereira in 1980 in Bombay, India, Aviv is now a Goa based Indie musician, singer, songwriter and producer. His unique sound transcends genres and successfully fuses the subtlety of Soul and the Blues, driven by the energy of Funk and Rock Music. 22 years in the music business has given him the ability to entertain audiences with a finesse and style that is all his own. Backed by years of performing in India’s top venues with original bands, cover bands and as a solo artist, Aviv has developed a network of fans, musicians and friends following his developing style as a performer, singer, songwriter and producer. Aviv has a natural love for the guitar and his bond with his instrument is evident both on record or when you watch him live! His unique singing style drawsinfluences from Soul, Blues, Funk, Rock and Reggae. His performances are known for their ‘Good Vibe’ and energy. Aviv has been supported by Gibson Guitars USA since 2010 and is a SOFAR alumni since 2017. Aviv is currently writing, recording and producing his debut solo album due for release in 2020. He performs all over Goa during the tourist season and spends the off season travelling to perform domestically and internationally. Aviv has also had the pleasure of being associated with top internationaland domestic brands some of which include Gibson, Porsche, Harley Davidson, Royal Enfield, Jack Daniels, Sofar, Hard Rock Cafe and Hotels, The Hyatt, The Park, The Taj, The 'W' hotel and more. Aviv moved to Goa in 2013 and has been performing original and cover music while collaborating with artists from all over the world for the last seven consecutive tourists’ seasons.
