Dev Meher, based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai, is the founder and owner of Auromira Films. He is a prolific photographer and videographer. Auromira Films offers 360 degree audio-visual, photography and film solutions. Their portfolio comprises an eminent success in photography, corporate filmmaking, advertising, workshops and documentary solutions. Their clientele includes industry leaders, Ministry of External Affairs and Delhi’s major production houses, such as Dipak Digital, SSP India Pvt. Ltd, Picture Arts Company, to name a few. They have also been the concept team behind some pioneering animation ventures in New Delhi. Their films have premiered at festivals in India and worldwide. The project team shines with expertise and experience, with a multifariously competent creative team at the core, delivering delightful treats on every endeavor. Auromira Films has taken giant strides by collaborating with South Asia Foundation for an International Son et Lumiere, headed by Shyam Benegal, to be installed in Lumbini, Nepal. Dev Meher has been the Research Head of the project which involves extensive study and travel in India and Nepal. Recently, he has produced a dissertation based on the experience called 'The Buddha – Footprints on the Middle Path'. Further, they have made films for Ministry of External Affairs and are collaborating with Centre for Alternative Media and Communication to produce ‘Women on Records’, a documentary that will redefine the history of women singers in the Gramophone era. The composite of the core team is a mix of youth and experience, courage and calculation. The technical team comprises professionals from the prestigious Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. They have also produced and collaborated on research projects, documentaries, advertisements and corporate films, winning several accolades and awards. With a feature documentary aimed at nation-wide theatrical release taking shape, Auromira Films is headed to the next level.
