Growing up in the town of Shillong at a very young age,&nbsp;Abhinav was introduced to the local club scene&nbsp;and was fortunate enough to catch some big artists performing in the city. With friends from the same background, he was inspired and motivated to get behind the decks&nbsp;himself. At just 26, he is now a part of a new generation of groundbreaking DJs/producers&nbsp;emerging out of the North East. His relentless and hardworking attitude has seen his career take a big leap. As a DJ, Abhinav&nbsp;is focused on a bumping form of deep baselines and a pinch of groovy techno and&nbsp;progressive sounds that keep the dance floors filled with energy. A unique stage presence and interaction with audiences is something that makes Abhinav&nbsp;stand out in the highly-competitive dance music circuit. He&nbsp;has played for the&nbsp;clubbing community like Submerge and also performed at most of the major shows&nbsp;and events&nbsp;in the northeast like the Shillong Fashion Week,&nbsp;The Beer Fest 2012, Autumn Festival, and&nbsp;Hornbill Festival 2014&nbsp;After Party to name a few. Apart from that, he has played alongside some of the top Indian DJs including Ankytrixx, Tuhin Mehta, Nawed Khan, Ma Faiza and international acts like Jerome Isma Ae, Paul Thomas, Weekend Heroes and John OO Fleming. He has also performed in hotspots in the Northeast like Cloud 9 and Tango in Shillong and Terra Mayaa in Guwahati. As a producer, Abhinav, in collaboration with his team,&nbsp;founded their new project called&nbsp;Audio Junk&nbsp;in 2014 with a release of their first single,&nbsp;&#39;Feeling Love&#39; with India&#39;s leading record label, &nbsp;Lohit Records. As his popularity continues to increase, so does his thirst for making and playing the music he loves. Whether it be DJing in clubs&nbsp;or spending his time in the studio cultivating irresistible new grooves,&nbsp;his passion shows no signs of relenting, and he steps close to achieving greatness.
