My Compelling Story

  Anuvab Pal is a stand up comedian from the Finance Capital, Mumbai. He has performed at numerous stages shows on the national as well as the international platform. His humour filled script makes everyone burst out laughing loudly. Anuvab hopes to make it big someday soon. Anuvab was always ahead in doing mimicry of Bollywood celebrities. Initially it was just about making a person or two laugh but soon he discovered that he had a skill and that made him take up a professional career in comedy. He has studied Dramatic Writing at the prestigious  Ohio Wesleyan University He has performed at some of the noted locations in India and abroad. Anuvab performed a stand up show titled, The Empire at Soho Theatre London. The show was organised in collaboration with the Times of India and it was a parody of the British Rule in India. It received great applause from the audience and the critics. He has more such shows lined up for the London audience. Anuvab also loves to collaborate with budding artists and hosts regular open mics for the audience at pubs and cafes in Mumbai.
