Anurag is a professional flutist based out of the capital of India, New Delhi. He has been playing the flute from the age of eight, under Guru Shri Alok Banerji, who gave him a solid foundation of the art. Originally from Bareilly, he used to play a lot of shows in his hometown. He left his family business of gold trade and moved to Delhi. Once there, he resumed his training under teachers like Shri Raghunath Prasanna and Shri Ravi Shankar Prasanna. He has performed with legends like Ghulam Ali, Abeeda Parween, Muzzafar Ali, Suresh Wadekar, etc. He has been working with various artists like Harshdeep Kaur and Shaan in different regular shows. Blessed with two daughters, he keeps himself busy with musical shows and recordings.
