Amit Mishra is a professional singer based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai.
He marked his singing debut with Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge, his Bollywood debut with Ajay Devgn, Konkona Sen Sharma and Paresh Rawal’s Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge (2010). He also sang Dohe and Sukhaharta from the film but it didn’t help him gain much recognition then.
Previously, he had sung songs like O Darling and Bomb Kudi which were hardly known to anyone. And he rose to fame only after Varun Dhawan’s Manma Emotion Jaage (Dilwale). After that, he sang yet another highly energetic number Sau Tarah Ke (Dishoom) which became quite popular too!
He is a trained musician and a classical vocalist; he is also a member World Music band called Soham.
Amit Mishra started his career in the industry by composing music for television serials and advertisements and later debuted as a Bollywood music composer with Ashwini Dheer’s Atithi.
