Ami B Shroff, first flipped a bottle in 1999, and since then there has been no looking back.

She prepared her first cocktail in 2003. She was part of a fabulous team with Delnaaz Irani for half a decade thereafter. They were the first two female flair bartenders of India and it still remains a rare niche.

She is completely a self-managed freelancer. She performed at over 20 destinations across India and beyond the borders, with over 1000 events, from backyard pool parties to elite corporate functions and conferences.

She won the 3rd position in an All India Flair Competition in 2005. She was also acclaimed as the first woman to be among the top three, in a national flair competition.
