Ali Quli Mirza, a Mumbai-based actor/singer, was a contestant on Indian reality show, Bigg Boss 8. He was the third runner-up in the show. Ali has done numerous ads including Mountain Dew and Tavera, and has also made many music albums. He came out with an album titled, 'Ishquamaan' in Persian that means 'My Love'. His song 'Tere Ashkhon Se Mujh Par' got a very high response, and was recorded in Dubai and was later launched by Times Music in 2009. This album attracted many fans across the globe. His second album was titled, 'Bewafa'. Ali has also performed with Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh, Salman Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, John Abraham, Sohail Khan, etc. Ali also landed a small role in films like New York and Jail. In 2014, he did his Bollywood debut in the movie Roar: Tiger Of The Sundarbans. Ali Quli Mirza also sang 'Bure Bure Hum' for the movie Bluffmaster. According to some movie critics, Ali Quli Mirza is new Mohammed Rafi who sung his songs in all Central Asian languages like Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi, Turkish, Portuguese, Arabic and Persian. Ali has already started getting invites from South Indian movie industry and Pakistani Lollywood Punjabi film industry. His voice has a heart-pleasing, charismatic quality which is suitable for his entertaining personality. Apart from being just a singer and an actor, Ali is also a songwriter.
