Alankritaa, based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi, is the brainchild of two henna artists – Rashi Aggarwal and Vidhi Aggarwal. They believe a little tasteful body art could do a lot to enhance one's looks. At Alankritaa, they weave the traditional Indian art with contemporary creations in an amazingly flawless fashion. With Indian weddings assuming greater levels of magnificence like never before, mehandi too is no longer a body art. From the 'mutthi-meecho' times to its application with multiple things like lady finger and match stick, mehandi has certainly evolved over the years. Rashi and Vidhi design mehandi as an extension of ‘you’, an expression of your inner self and a reflection of your individuality.
