Aishwarya Lekshmi is an Indian actress who works in Malayalam and Tamil films. She is known for her role as Poonguzhali in the Tamil film ‘Ponniyin Selvan: I’ (2021).Her parents are government officials and they were not convinced of her becoming an actor. When Aishwarya was a child, her relatives used to tell her that she should become a teacher or doctor.
