Afflatus is a LIVE band based out of the capital of Meghalaya, Shillong. The name of the band translates to ‘divine inspiration’. Formed by Grace Miller (Vocals), Sharon Zadeng (Bass), Karen Donoghue (Guitars), and Mercy Miller (Drums), Afflatus is made up of experienced musicians in their own right. Mercy, Karen and Sharon were members of previous bands and Grace was a vocalist in her father’s gospel group since she was a child. Their debut performance as Afflatus in 2004 won them a prize at the national level! Since then, Afflatus has come a long way with a debut album in the making, many high-profile performances under their belt, and the emergence of a truly international sound. Afflatus is in the studio working on their first album, keeping their dreams and hopes alive! Keith Wallang exclusively manages Afflatus for Springboard Surprises.
