Acid Ruin is a LIVE band based out of Thrissur, Kerala. It is a groove and death metal band. The band was formed in 2012 by lead guitarist, Syam Balakrishnan. The band is very well known for its brutal and power packed LIVE performances across the state. Some of the band’s influences are Gojira, Lamb of God, Whitechapel, etc. Achievements: Semi-Finalists in Idea Decibel 2 Battle of the bands 2014 Finalists in Decibel 3 Battle of the bands 2015
