Aayana Dance Company is a professional choreography and dance troupe based out of the capital city of Karnataka, Bangalore. They are all but stories. They are the Aayana in the Ram-ayana. Every story must have its teller. They are not that teller; they are the narrative itself. The story that is carried in the wind; the story that courses through the mountain; the song of the soil. For whatever reason – cosmic or mundane – they love to move. To dance, to listen to, and to narrate their own stories. Dance helps them discover themselves and the world around them, in a way that nothing else can. They are counted among the best dance troupes in the IT capital. Their narration of stories through their dance is what makes them stand apart from the rest.
