VRK is a LIVE professional duo band based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. The duo comprises Vishal and Samar Bedi. From college festivals in Punjab to FM radio-shows and eventually hitting Bollywood, such is VRK's journey in music. Formally trained in guitar (acoustic and electric, rhythm and lead) for years and then in Hindustani vocals under Late Prof. Om Prakash Mangotra (Kirana Gharana), Vishal also holds a master's degree in Hindustani music (vocals) from Guru Nanak Dev University (Amritsar, Punjab). Started performing in college/inter college/university youth festivals/competitions and gained popularity in his hometown Amritsar as a vocalist and guitarist, VRK had been a LIVE show performer with BIG 92.7 FM for the show 'Saturday Unplugged with Vishal & RJ Simran'. In 2013, he moved to Mumbai and got a break in Bollywood as a music director-composer-producer-vocalist in Ram Gopal Varma's movie, 'The Attacks of 26/11'. Vishal aka VRK has sung and produced music for several short movies and jingles. He also used to perform in well-known venues like Hotel Palladium's Zenith, Club Escape and many more.
