Sweet Sunday is an alternate rock trio LIVE band based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. They have been playing for about two years together. They have played in various college festivals and small venues. The band plays punk/indie music and have won at various mainstream Mumbai-based college festivals like Zodiac, Iris, Trifles, etc. Their genre is very energetic and "in-your-face" type. Sweet Sunday was the runner up at RGIT's Zodiac, playing alongside the MH43 India. They also played with Last Minute and Tripp Pilots at the Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, where they won the first place at Trifles. The band launched its first studio single, called 'Ballad of the Maid'. Sweet Sunday has also rocked the stage at the main event of Spandan 2015 at Xavier College, Mahim, and also received second position in the Elphinstone College.
