Sabareesh Prabhaker is a talented violinist born to a musical family. He is the grandson of one of the members of the famous Cherthala Sisters. Having vocally trained under Tomy Thomas and P Subramaniam and violin lessons under TM Abdul Hazeez from the tender age of five, Sabareesh was a star in the making. After completing his BA in music (vocal) from Maharajas College and securing firstt rank on his Masters in violin from RLV College, he went on to perform with many renowned musicians. He has played as an accompanying violinist all over India. Sabareesh has also had the pleasure of playing alongside Trichy Pradeep Kumar, Sankaran Nampoodiri, Kaithapuram Damodaran Nampoodiri, Dr G Bhuvaneswari and saxophone maestro, G Ramanathan. Accomplishments: Three times first place winner at CBSE Youth festival in violin Three times winner in violin recital at MG University Scholarship given by The Ministry of Culture under The Government of India in the field of Carnatic violin
