A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, class of '95 Richa Dubey is a Human Resource professional with in-depth and extensive experience of over 16 years in the areas of Talent acquisition, management and engagement. Collaboration with Business teams in building strategies to fit the needs of growing organizations and working with diverse cultural teams to drive business goals are some of her demonstrated strengths. She is currently with Praxair India heading the Human Resource function for the country. She has in the past four years managed to create an atmosphere of high energy, drive and cohesiveness across different business units. Previously with Broadcom Corporation as their Head Human Resources for India she created best practices in the areas of learning and development, employee relations retention approaches and succession planning. Driving the culture of Broadcom Corporation in the five years that she worked with them she developed change management strategies that created an atmosphere of commitment and longevity. Those five years saw some of the highest growth for Broadcom India in terms of business and people growth. Prior to that in Celstream Technologies she gained her on the ground experience in learning and Organizational Development, spearheading their efforts in those areas for a period of three years.
