Radhika Apte is a professional actor based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. She began her acting career in theatres and working with her troupe, Aasakta. She debuted in Bollywood with the movie ‘Vaah! Life Ho to Aisi!’ in 2005. Next, she starred in a Bengali film, Antaheen in 2009. She made her Marathi film debut in 2009 with Amol Palekar's Samaantar. Her Bollywood breakthrough was in the 2015 hit movies, Badlapur and Hunterr, where she gave a stunning performance. Apte, who has appeared in Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, and English films, has also featured in short films and a television series. While growing up in Pune, Apte trained under Kathak exponent Rohini Bhate for eight years.
