Panic is a boy-band based out of Delhi which has been modeled around the big acts like N'Sync and the Backstreet Boys. The soul motive of this band is to create great music for masses and entertain them by highly-choreographed and well-rehearsed routines on stage, along with flawless vocals. The band was founded by Chetan Awasthi, in 2013. He was always attracted towards pop music, and being heavily influenced by the Pop groups of the 90s, such as the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync, and old-school acts like The Temptations and The Jackson 5. Chetan has a great desire to entertain the crowd, so it became clear to him that something on these lines needs to be brought to the Indian people, too. The first challenge he faced was to look out for exceptional singers and that’s when he found Adityan Nair, who also sings for the band 'The Urban Earlymen'. Adityan had, by then, already earned a name as an energetic and commanding frontman. The two met frequently and planned to add other members. At that time, Nikhil John was a close friend, and so Chetan thought of adding him to the band. After hearing him sing, Chetan made Nikhil a part of the band. The final member was yet to be found. Both Chetan and Adityan liked Prabhtoj Singh’s rocky/edgy singing. They had also previously worked him, and after a short meet, things were sorted. Panic has been consistently practicing with an aim of perfecting their vocal skills and on-stage overall presentations. PANiC has also performed some acoustic and unplugged shows in Delhi and Gurgaon, and is looking forward to excel in its field.
