Niharica Raizada is a professional actor based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. Belonging to a musical family of music composer, OP Nayyar, Niharica grew up in Luxembourg and speaks French. A researcher by qualification, Niharica studied Translational Medicine at Imperial College, London and then, Cardiology research under Fulbright Scholarship at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore. Later, she was trained in acting from New York Film Academy, ballet, and classical music. Niharica was crowned Miss India UK in 2010 and was also the runner up of Miss India Worldwide the same year. Niharica released one song for the brand, Chambor, in French and was listed #45 on the list of the Times 50 Most Desirable Women of 2013. She rose to #44 next year. Her debut in acting was a Bengali film called Damodal in 2013. Niharica has also appeared in many parody songs on YouTube channels like What’s Trending India and Shudh Desi Gaane. In 2016, Niharica has acted in a Gujarati film called Var to NRI J and is currently shooting Full 2 Jugaadu with Krushna Abhishek.
