Nervoid is a LIVE band based out of the finance capital of India, Mumbai. The four-piece melodic metal band’s name basically means void of any kind of fear, apprehension or confusion. Sonically, Nervoid is a band which does not fear to experiment with its music. Each member of Nervoid was in different bands before and brought the best of practices to the band. Bound by a common thread, Nervoid creates powerful music with sweet melodies and headbanging grooves and breaks. Nervoid believes in creating and playing original music with power and passion and believes in the power of powerful LIVE performance and leaving the crowd no choice but to groove with them. Formed in October 2012, Nervoid burst into the music scene by winning its very first competition, Lokmat Yuva Next War of Bands. Later on, they went on to play in Mumbai finals and were adjudged as the runners-up. The band went on to win Purple Haze - Aarohi, VNIT in 2013 against a slew of experienced bands owing to their raw yet melodic original compositions. Currently, the band is working on creating more originals for a future album.
