Limit Zero is a LIVE band based out of the IT capital of India, Bangalore. Starting as a bedroom project of Shreyas Skandan, the band hadn’t made any significant progress until 2009. Their self-titled debut EP gained a lot of attention from the growing progressive metal community around the world. Limit Zero’s sound has often been associated with the term called ‘djent’, but they described their music as experimental and progressive. The EP was released for free, and more than 250 CDs were printed. Within a few months, more than 2000 copies were downloaded. The idea was to evolve eventually into a stable band. Arjun picked up the guitar duties after Shiv became the band’s bassist. The lineup was completed after Vatsa joined as the drummer in 2010. Since then, they have been working on their debut album. During this period, Sachin Rajmohan decided to part ways due to personal reason. Their search for a vocalist ended after Sunneith Revankar agreed to record vocals for the album. The album consists of nine songs, including newer versions of the original EP. Mastered and mixed by Keshav Dhar (Skyharbor), the album features Siddharth Basrur (Scribe, Goddess Gagged), Sunneith Revankar (Providence, Bhayanak Maut), and Trevor Marks (Toxic Grind Machine) as guest vocalists.
