Devendra Rathore is a professional classical singer based out of Mumbai, Maharashtra. A well-known and versatile Indian classical, semi-classical, and ghazal singer, Devendra started singing at the age of four. He was trained in Gwalior style of singing by his father, Sri Mohan Rathore. Devendra has worked as a music director in the Hindi feature film called ‘The Great Azamgarh’ and in the Dogri language film, ‘Maa Ni Mildi’, ‘Khel Naseeban De’. He has worked with renowned playback singers like Udit Narayan, Sadhana Sargam, Alka Yagnik, Vinod Rathore, Javed Ali, Mohd Aziz, etc. Devendra was awarded the Santosh Shiksha Puraskar from Himotkarsh Sahitya Sanskriti Awem Jankalyan Parishad UNA in 2001. He is an approved singer from AIR and has participated in many classical vocal competitions like Himachal Sangeet Samelan and Triveni Auditorium (Delhi).
