Fakhri is a LIVE band based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. The Hindi Sufi and progressive alternative rock band is passionate about creating soulful music. The band's name, Fakhri, comes from glory, the time that the band used to practice on weekends. Fakhri plays genres like Sufi, Punjabi, and alternative rock. Awards and Achievements: Worked as a music composer for background score of Balika Vadhu Composed two songs for Curtain Connection Production Company Worked as a Music Teacher in DPS, Faridabad 2006 First runner-up of Awaz Hindustan Ki 2007 Winner of Awaz Hindustan ki 2 2008 Got 6th position in a reality show – Chak de Bachche (Aired on 9X channel) – Mumbai Recorded two songs for Bollywood movies as a playback singer with Sonu Kakkar and Palak Muchal Completed Prabhakar in Classical Vocal Band Members: Shubham Saverni – Lead Vocals Divesh Karki – Bass, Backing Vocals Rishab – Lead Guitar Roger Williams – Drums Vinayak Sharma – Keyboards, Backing Vocals
