Eswara was a result of a bid to take part in major music festival held in the IT capital of India, Bangalore (Break Free - August 2012). The band was known as ‘Echoes’ then. Though the band was formed just a few days prior to the competition,they encountered success with their music by placing third amongst 30 other bands that had competed. They remained passive until February 2012, after which they have performed on numerous occasions. Achievements: Third place at Break Free @ Forum 2012 First place at NUALS Kochi’s Naalam 2013 Runners-up at SKIT’s Phoenix 2013 First place at NMIT’s Anaadayanta Runners-up at Revamp’13 Band Members: Yogeendra Hariprasad: Vocals/Keys Anirban Sengupta: Guitars Nitesh: Drums V Noel Aiyar: Keys/Vocals Dinushan Shanmuganathan: Drums/Percussions Sumukh Chandra: Violin/Morsing/Vocal percussion
